Staff was friendly and caring. Wait time was short. Abigail picked the exercises that were helpful and not stressful. She was patient with me, if I thought the exercise was too much stress my back she would suggest another one that was not as painful.

From the time I called to get my son started it’s been a great experience. Front desk customer service is great, all PTs and PT assistants are great as well! He has worked with Skyler, Noah, Dakota, Colby and Brandon so far and each one bring something different to the table! We truly enjoy going to physical therapy and seeing everyone there! They are a great bunch who work hard with their patients but also joke around and get to know people on a personal level. I can’t say enough good things about our experience so far! Great physical therapy organization. They truly try to get to the root of your disability and teach you how to correct it so you can overcome it.

The people are helpful and very knowledgeable and work with you on a each visit tries to fine tune your treatment each time you come in. It is helping me in alot of ways. Thanks to all the people I have interaction with.

Over the last eight years, off and on, I have been a patient at Goldsboro Physical Therapy. I have had several of their therapists work with me. Each therapist was chosen to fit my needs and their availability. Each one worked only with me during my scheduled time. Each therapist made sure I knew how to do the exercises correctly and the importance of doing it correctly. The time went by fast since I was given various exercises to do. The atmosphere and time was filled with conversation, laughter and lots of encouragement. At all times the therapist made sure I felt safe and I could do the exercises correctly on my own. This was very important as I needed to be able to work on my own between visits. My comments and concerns were always welcomed, listened to and were addressed. I am certain that I have received and will continue to receive the best possible treatment and care for each injury I have experienced.
