Greg Warren attended Southern Wayne High School in Dudley, North Carolina. He played college football at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he also double majored in biology and exercise & sports science. Greg went on to play in the NFL for the Pittsburgh Steelers from 2005 to 2016. In 2009, he tore his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in his right knee. He came back to Goldsboro Physical Therapy for his rehab and it was this experience, with the wonderful staff and great facility, that led him to take over ownership of GPT with Dr. Ken Keesee in 2011. He retired from the NFL after the 2016 season, and took over Human Resources for GPT in January 2018.
