Post-Employment Physical Agility Testing

The Agility Test is used to periodically test existing employees to ensure that they are still physical able to safely perform the essential functions of their position. This test is used by employers who want to periodically test all employee’s of a specific position and does not include a medical checkup. Firefighters, Police Officers, and other positions requiring recertification are among those tested.

Upper Quadrant / Carpal Tunnel

An Upper Quadrant/Carpal Tunnel Test is used to determine the capability of the prospective employee in relationship to repetitive job function, as opposed to testing physical strength. This test may be done in correlation with a Post-offer, Pre-Employment Test, the Fit-for Duty (for injured workers), or independently as its own stand alone test.
